Delivery release video for “Deadlines”

Melbourne-based garage punks Delivery have released a video for their new song “Deadlines”. The video was directed and edited by Bill Irving. The song is off their upcoming album Force Majeure which will be out on January 17 via Heavenly Recordings. Delivery released their album Forever Giving Handshakes in 2022. Rad Skulls: “Loud As Shit”

Midwestern punks Rad Skulls just released a video for their quick thrasher track, "Loud As Shit". The track is off of their Demo EP that was released in the fall. Yasmin Nur announces debut album, shares “My Right”

Wichita-based punk artist Yasmin Nur has announced that she will be releasing her debut album. It is called Slaughter and will be out on April 11 via Skeletal Lightning. She has also released a new song called “My Right”. Yasmin Nur released her EP Punch Me! This Is a Nightmare! in 2020. Check out the song and tracklist below.

Rosemary nods upon the grave releases debut EP

Savannah, Georgia-based emotional hardcore band Rosemary nods upon the grave have released their debut EP. It is called EP 1 and features three new tracks - “In French”, “War-Torn”, and “Bonaventure” - along with “I remember Halloween” which was released in September 2024 as their debut single. Toronto-based post-punks Gloin have announced that they will be releasing a new album. It is called All of your anger is actually shame (and I bet that makes you angry) and will be out on March 28 via Mothland. The band has also released a video for their new song “controlfreak69” which was shot, directed, and edited by Boy Wonder. Gloin released their album We Found This in 2022. Baroness, Big Brave, Jetsam, NØ MAN, more added to Prepare The Ground 2025

Prepare The Ground has announced its full lineup for this year. Baroness (performing Red and Blue in full), Astral Witch, Big|Brave, Burning Love (reunion and final show), Jetsam, NØ MAN, Truck Violence, Adult., Genital Shame, Immortal Bird, Guiltless, are among the bands now playing the festival. These bands join the previously announced lineup which includes YOB (playing two sets including playing Atma in full), Kylesa, Young Widows, The Atlas Moth, Kowloon Walled City, Midwife, Alaskan,Have A Nice Life, Khanate, and Pygmy Lush. Prepare the Ground will take place May 30-June 1, 2025 across four venues in Toronto, Ontario - Trinity St. Paul’s Church, Lee’s Palace, the Cave, and 918 Bathurst. See the lineup in full below.

Scream announce Eastern US shows

Scream have announced that they will be playing three shows across the Eastern US. They will be playing in Pennsylvania and New York in March. In their announcement post on Instagram the band expressed their feelings on the ongoing wildfires in California, saying in part,

”It’s hard to communicate knowing that this appears in the company of so much tragedy. Thinking of Octavia Butler, who said that for “the major tragedies in life, there’s just no compensation. But the minor ones you can always write about. It’s my way of dealing, and it’s a heck of a lot cheaper than psychiatrists. The story, you see, will get you through.”

So we are holding love for Los Angeles, knowing there’s just no compensation, but still doing our best to tell some stories and get you through.

According to a post on Instagram , Raging Nathans are in the studio. The post is made up of six photos from inside the Popside Recording studio with the third photo displaying four track names including “Cum Sock”, “Bed Bugs”, “The Devil’s Cock”, and “Slick Hogs”. The caption for the post reads,

”The gangs all here. Making hit records. Cannot WAIT for you to hear 'Cum Sock'”
